In 1995, Dr. Isaac Trejo decided to open Community Foot & Ankle Clinic (CFAC) in order to provide the type of patient-focused service that he received from his physicians and their practices.

CFAC has since grown throughout the community treating patients at a variety of locations such as independent living, assisted living and group home facilities.

The Team

Dr. Isaac J. Trejo, DPM

Dr. Trejo attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he received his bachelor of science in microbiology in 1988. He then went on to William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine to receive his doctorate, following that up with the completion of two residency programs.  Community Foot & Ankle Clinic was established by Dr. Trejo in 1996 and he has been treating patients in the community ever since.
